The numbers as the server has them now

Mana: 10
Base chance: 36% of turns
Target: enemy
Hits: 1 (×1.3 your swing)
Status: Shock · 20% chance

Damage per hit = your magic attack × 1.3 (this skill's hit power), cut down by the foe's magic defence, ±15%. A crit hits harder; a foe weak to lightning takes extra, one that resists less.

Hero level	Per cast	On a crit	Weak foe	Resists
10	18–24	31–42	27–36	11–14
30	53–72	93–126	80–108	32–43

99	171–231	298–404	257–347	103–139

Per cast against an ordinary foe of the hero's own level, for a hero with no gear or gems and every skill at that level. Gear, gems and supports add to it.
