Every piece rolls its own "set roll"; a bonus uses the average of the pieces you wear. Flat stats grow with the set's item level (40–42 here).
The Frost pair mix sets, keep the taste
Frost Wear pieces from two different Frost sets (one piece of each is enough) and your hits put Chill on their target, 5% of the time.
It counts once however many Frost sets you mix, and steps aside if a set you wear already gives its own 2-piece bonus.
